The best low ends are Forty Creek Copper Pot Still and AP Dark Horse.
Medium end ($50 CAD) if your in Canada to buy I'd say look at Ninety 90 20 Year Old Rye, Glynnevan Double Barrel Rye and Lot 40
For high end I'd recommend Lohin McKinnon Single Malt or Lot 40 Cask Strength the latter of which is insanely good but hard to find because its a limited edition but if your mum likes rye fucking get it before the prices rocket up
