I've had some chicken marinating in cilantro lime marinade for a couple days, what's the best way to prepare and eat? I was thinking of throwing it in my slow cooker and making shredded chicken tacos with white onion, cilantro and salsa verde.

what would /ck/ do?

Your taco idea sounds good, but I'd grill it or broil it rather than using the flavorless slow cooker approach. Get some color on the meat instead of just overcooking the piss out of it in the slow cooker.

dice it up and make a kebab

You're fucked. Acidic marinades actually cook meat, which means you can only use them for about 6-8 hours.

You want advice? Take your chicken, walk it out the back door of your abode and throw it as hard as you can into the woods and next time, try now to procrastinate when using a citrus marinade.

probably like a 7 or 7.5, would be better if I had fresh cilantro to put on but I ran out

Looking at the timestamps I'd say there was no fucking way you'd be done "slow cooking" your tacos by now.

Try again next time, foolio.

i pan fried them as the first posted suggested

I suggested broiling or grilling, anon. Not pan frying.

But glad to hear you liked 'em.
