Best way:
Rump roast, studded with garlic and rubbed with salt, pepper, olive oil and baked in coffee and drippings until tender. Sliced thinly or thickly, whichever.

There's tons of great sandwiches. I don't have a particular exact favorite, it varies.
Lately, this has been the sandwich I pine for. It's called "The Rat Trap" by the deli that serves it because it has a combination of cheeses on it, as well as meats. On a Dutch Crunch roll....hnnnnnnggggg.
