Are you talking cooking classes? I had a really good teacher last semester. He was super friendly, but also gave good criticism and didn't try and be a helicopter teacher. One of my teachers this semester goes over every recipe step by step and it is the most tedious thing. I could be done with the recipe by the time he finishes explaining every little detail.

I don't care if culinary degrees are a meme or whatever, its the most fun I've ever had in school. I actually feel motivated to learn. Pic related are little eclairs we made last class. inb4 4chan rotates my phone pic.
