Can you get food poisoning something that was good to eat but that you then froze and thawed to eat again? I heated it thoroughly when I cooked it to eat again

I got food poisoned 5 days ago and that day I ate salmon for lunch (that I had frozen and then thawed) and spaghetti with mushroom sauce for dinner. With the spaghetti I had some spinach that I didn't rinse, and I'm pretty sure that I got sick from the spinach. I threw out both the spaghetti leftovers and the spinach but for some reason I kept the salmon and stupid as I am I ate it for dinner today. If it were to have been the salmon that got me sick it would have taken 12 hours, if it was the mushrooms or non-rinsed spinach it would be like 5

I'm beating myself up now
