mmm. I went to a bakery/restaurant yesterday in Sarasota (guerreros), and after my meal, picked up the Cajeta in my picture from their market and butcher. It's been a while since I had the goat milk caramel, but I was too lazy/pain from running to make much more than a simple sourdough toast. Simple and good.
I'd kill for some chilaquiles right now! Mexican food cravings hit me waves for a week or so.
