Is detox a meme or is there something to it? If so, how do I detox efficiently?

I shoved a lot of crap food in my face over the last couple days and now I just wanna have a nice liberating poop to get rid of it all. Any suggestions besides black coffee?

Your liver takes care of most toxic substances. Avoid alcohol and junk food and most important: drink lots of water!
