Barbeque.
I'm talkin pulled pork, brisket, burnt tips, pork ribs, beef ribs, chicken legs, and all those sides. And, since I'm in Missouri, it's all smothered in Gates BBQ sauce (best sauce. KC Masterpiece is a Mastershit in a bottle.)

Also, things like biscuits & pork sausage gravy and homemade macaroni & cheese.

barbecue is not flyover

flyover is meat and potatoes, pot roast especially. a lot of flyover food is very poorly made German food, especially in the Midwest.
oh and hot dish is the most flyover food I have ever seen.

Depends.
If you take "flyover" to mean any state that isn't New York or California, as most of /ck/ does, than it certainly is flyover. Neither of those states have good barbecue.

>>9440079
Looks like something that would cost you $30 in NYC.
That dry as fuck meat and microwaved broccoli. Truly a New York staple.

>a lot of flyover food is very poorly made German food
This pretty much, German influenced food with poor techniques and a lot of processed foods.

Properly made "flyover" food will be delicious though.
