My high school cafeteria used to serve those fries. They also occasionally had some red seasoned salt thrown on top. We also had a nacho cheese dispensing machine that was an essential part of the experience. If not the nacho cheese you'd get the ranch dressing that was made with equal parts mayo and buttermilk. Ketchup was a distant 3rd.
