dough is underproofed and the oven was probably not hot enough too

looks like a ton of pesto

what I like to do is put a little garlic whirl and then use that to thin out the pesto so I can cover the pie without it being so overpowering

that or instead of covering it just kinda dab it on with a spoon

shit's strong so no need to go real heavy

the cheese is not aesthetically pleasing, actually the pie pretty much looks like garbage all around
