im intrested to try some jerk chiken perhaps with that soos and of course some wings with the lousiana soos. the chili soos im most worried about cos i use similar kind for salads but dunno is this same tasting

whats the point in wings only after cooked throw them in a bit of wing sauce? isnt it better to marinade them first in it?

no, that just makes them come out of the fryer either underdone, soggy, or both, without adding much flavor because most sauces are fairly overpowering anyway. also it ruins your oil.

if you're baking or grilling, otoh, the sauce carbonizing helps give them a little more texture. but most "wing sauces" aren't really intended for that.

wings themselves, the cuts of meat? sure, if you aren't frying them which is important for the dish americans call "wings".

wing sauces? most standard ones work as a marinade base in a pinch, but they don't add very much flavor and they use expensive butter or margarine which won't transfer its flavor to the meat.
