I have a billion sweet grapes growing on my fence. Can I make wine or something?

They're surprisingly sweet, a bit tart around the seeds. and very juicy, they were hard to pick without exploding.
I wonder if you're supposed to use bitter grapes for wine?

If we were preparing for a Renaissance festival, some homemade wine would be legit.

Make wine and/or rakija then you can do all sorts of liquors. Plum, walnut, pear, cherry, limoncello. If you live in a hot place just make rakija (grape distill) and mix it with for example lemons with the outside still on the lemon, then just put in big pots and leave it in the sun for 2-4 weeks and occasionally stirr and after that its just to enjoy
