Alright, /ck/. How the hell do I cook this guy? I was thinking of skinning him and then marinading him in some barbecue before baking him in low heat. Could I use his legs in some sort of buffalo wings styled dish? He's got plenty of fat on him.

I'd shave it first so it thinks it's getting a bath, then snap the neck and proceed to breaking down the legs and gutting. Remove the head and sell it to someone in Africa. Season and roast and serve over basmati rice.
