I buy protein to last 3-4 weeks for 4 people and veggies for 3-5 days, so no bs'ing about "it's all meat" or "do americans really eat this".

I don't keep alot of food on hand because I work at a Bar and Grill, My freezer is full of frozen pork chops and chicken thighs portioned into pairs and lots of frozen veggies and frozen berries to make shakes.
