I have been drinking at least half a litre, if not more daily all my life.

That's not bad, you might have a very slight dependence from drinking caffeine for so long but half a liter of tea is a very tame amount of caffeine. It'd not really going to affect you negatively or anything.

I just feel tired sometimes and noticed it happens when I haven' drank any tea. A glass or two usually fixes it, but I found it very strange and wanted to know.

You probably do have a dependence on it. Which depending on your perspective isn't really a bad thing, it's not like cigs or other drugs where you're killing yourself. But if you wanted to stop you could lay off caffeine for a couple weeks.

To tell the truth, I haven't noticed it recently, and I'm not too bothered by it.
I don't know any other way of living, so I'm okay with this.
Thank you for the answers.
