poorfag. neglected gas bill, they turned it off. probably wont get it back on for at least a month. i've got a tiny microwave, a tiny fry-daddy, and my neighbor felt sorry for me and gave me a hand-me-down slow cooker.

i'm so used to baking and stove-top stuff. can i make a meatloaf in a slow cooker? is there any way to make pasta w/out boiling on stovetop?

any advice for a slow cooker would be appreciated.

>be on internet full of all the information of the entire human race
>can't be bothered to look up the information yourself
>need to be spoon fed like a baby

even if there was a way to do the things you want, you would probably still starve to death when your food somehow got lost on the way from the plate to your mouth.

I know that feel, OP. I used to live in a cool old house from the 30s, and when the gas company came out to read the meter, they just turned it off, because they deemed it unsafe. My landlord wouldn't fix it, so I had to rely on other appliances until I could move.
Anyway, yes, you can make meatloaf in a slow cooker, AND, you can cook certain kinds of pastas in a slow cooker. Basically any pasta dishes you would normally bake can be cooked in a slow cooker. Google that stuff.
