Put flour on your hands and on the counter before kneading. You also probably need a little more starter or flour in the mix

get a bread machine... dump all that stuff in and push button = perfect dough.

Start with damp, cold hands. Wet so the dough doesn't want to stick, cold to keep the dough cool. It should want to stick to itself more than it wants to stick to you. Switch to grams, cups are unreliable measurements in baking. Finally, get gud.

there's your first mistake, retard. get a $10 kitchen scale from walmart, find an actual recipe that uses weights like you're supposed to, weight everything out exactly, then come back and see if you have the same problem.
