Theoretically, how many and what foreign ingredients would I have yo add to diarrhea before it became edibile? Very serious question here, I'm in the kitchen right now.

boil away the water until it becomes a dark, stinky roux. You would need to stir it constantly to prevent it from burning.
After this you can get creative. Maybe you can turn it into a barbecue sauce. You would probably need to add a lot of sugar, garlic, onion, and hot sauce. I don't know if this will mask the smell or not.

Easiest thing to do might be to add it to some instant chocolate cake mix.

Whatever you do, I can safely assume your kitchen will reek of shit for a month. I don't know what diarrhoea tastes like, but I know it's mostly water, and water doesn't have a flavor.
