I just mixed kombucha with Korean aloe juice at 1:1 ratio for second fermentation in sealed bottles.

Will I regret it three days from now when I open the bottles for tasting?

I don't know but you might be the only guy on this board who actually makes their own booch

I made my own for a little while but honestly I just prefer to drink the unsweetened tea so I stopped.

Also i drink close to a gallon a day and I doubt you should drink that much bacteria soup.

Yeah I don't think there are many kombucha homebrewers here. I'd try asking /r/kombucha, they're genuinely not bad for these types of questions

i brew my own buch, usually for second fermentation i do 20% juice 80% kombucha. I find 1:1 is a bit too much

A second bottle fermentation gives the carbonation since the new bacteria is eating up the newly added sugars.

I just did a bottling the other day, did a plain and i like to add a few more tablespoons of sugar to feed it, and then one with mixed berries.

Never had korean aloe juice but if you like the taste of it and if theres sugar in it then you shouldnt have a problem.

Go Google it because you clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

Bottling will not stop yest from creating co2. You should absolutely not cap for primary fermentation because your bottles will explode. So what you do is let 99% of the sugar ferment into alcohol then add additional sugar and bottle for carbonation.
