How do you improve lemonade?
It's pretty much perfect but I'm curious about new ideas.

How do you make the lemonade itself?

Along with the juice, i grate some zest into the sugar syrup while it's heating up. It definitely adds something.

Replace with water and/or blended whole fruit.

Cucumber lemonade can be pretty good too.

I usually use a 20% citric acid solution, since cheaper, but for extra flavor you can get LJ extract, if you have it in stores
1:10 with water up to 1L, 9g of salt, pinch of pepper and you get a nice isotonic, refreshing lemonade

Some don't like it that sour or that salty, but whatever floats your boat.
