In the taste sense? Great, I'm having it with some pre-made chicken tortilla soup from whole foods which is good enough for a friday night of shitposting a bit, watching some DS9 reruns and going to bed at 10 so I can be at the gym early.

I forget about this stuff for years at a time and then I remember how much I like it. It kind of reminds me of an ex, but I mostly don't think about her anymore hence the on and off attention this wine gets from me. Also we'd drink this stuff with shitty Chinese takeout and I think it deserves better.

Trimbach is like the Seiko and the $11 pinot blanc is like the SARB of wines. I know there's "finer" Trimbachs out there and better Seikos too - I've drank the Reserve stuff and finger fucked a GS at the Seiko Boutique). And they are, definitely, somewhat better. Somewhat. But it's like, for this cheap, at this good, I feel kind of like a chump for buying the fancier stuff, so I stick with old cheapo.
