I usually chew gum during class, keeps me concentrated plus if I need to talk to any females I have nice breathe
my current favorite right here. Most my classes are around 3 hours and it lasts almost that long

Gum gets too much air in my stomach and causes me to burp for hours after. That said, I love cinnamon flavored gum, and Juicy Fruit is a classic.
