The only good chicago food is the deep dish pizza. Chicago dogs are just hot dogs, so they are incapable of being anything more than meh and Italian beefs are shitty soggy messes than can maybe compete with a philly roast pork but can't come anywhere close to a cheesesteak

I disagree. Chicago style deep-dish is good, but the Italian Beef is the one real culinary contribution that Chicago has made. I agree that Chicago style hotdogs are just a pretentious hotdog with their silly poppy-seed bun.

As someone who lives in Philly I want to strangle you. I don't see how you can compare the slop in OP to the Italian seasoned slow roasted pork dressed in it's own juices, broccoli rabe sauteed with garlic, sharp provolone cheese and the optional fried long hots on a crispy yet soft Italian roll. Even worse, saying that the pre-frozen round slab with "cheese" on stale bread is superior in anyway.
