I'm a black coffee drinker, so I doubted you initially. I checked the caffeine content ans discovered that half a can of Monster is roughly the same as a cup of coffee in terms of caffeine, which suprised me a lot to be honest. I always figured those were stronger. Still, sips have a lot of sugar, dyes, and other artificial ingredients that coffee doesn't.

Sips are sugar free, and "artificial" doesn't mean bad. If anything, it's better. Medicine that saves lives is also "artificial".
