Personally i have stopped drinking beer in favour of ginger beer or cider.
While i still drink it sometimes, my ass hole seems to explode when i go take a shit the next morning
Think a putrid semi liquid paste that sticks all over the toilet bowl
My ass also feels like it's on fire after that
