I made a tasty Italian omelette last evening. I used some roasted red pepper I had left over, some fresh basil I picked up from a hippy organic super market, and some feta cheese also picked up from the hippy organic food store.

I spiced it with some oregano and parsley.

It was one of the best tasting and aesthetically pleasing omelettes I've ever made.
