Women aren't always better chefs than men. Most top chefs are guys, b/c it's a really high pressure job and women don't go for those quite as much (same reason most top CEO's aren't women).

On the other hand, I imagine the average woman probably cooks a bit better than the average man, just because of the way boys and girls are brought up differently. Once I got to be thirteen I had to cook dinner for the family one night a week, but my brother didn't. As a result, I cook better than my brother.

A lot of millennials in general don't know how to cook, just because they weren't raised doing it. Visited some friends the other day and neither of them knew how to cut a melon properly. IMO a lot of people would benefit from home ec classes in schools again.
