His description for making pizza wasn't complex at all. It's basically how I do mine except I use a sourdough starter yeast instead of active dry and heat the oven to 550F for an hour with a stone and don't change oven levels. Look at total active time in his post - it's very short. Start trimming steps from his method and you might as well go get pig trough garbage at a multinational chain.
