1. Take a trip over Brazil. Go on a hunting expedition deep into Amazon Jungle. Kill a macaque. Skin it. Chop it into several pieces.
2. Put a tablespoon or so of olive oil on a large pot. Sautée diced onions, celery, and carrots. Then add the macaque corpse pieces in. Pour in macaque stock. Throw in any other vegetables you might have (such as zucchini, potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers). Add in chopped chives and parsley.
Don't forget to check for salt and pepper.
Serve with stewed collard greens and a side serving of rice.
