Made some Japanese style curry before realizing I was out of rice
Used spaghetti instead

To be honest it strangely reminds me more of tradtional spaghetti (with curry powder in it) than actual curry
I guess because the foundation of curry is tomato and onion it ended up that way
I could see it passing as some weird italian dish before Indian

Thais eat curry over noodles all the time
Khanom jin (literally "chinese dessert") is my favorite example - green fish curry with round rice noodle
