Everything from this youtube channel is either deep fried, baked in oil, covered with cheese or saturated with sugar.
Where is the 'taste' in that?

>> No.8922442

Sounds pretty fucking good to me. If you don't like it, why do you watch them? Just to shittpost and complain? Cmon anon.

That's literally taste, anon

We've been conditioned to associate deep-frying, oil-baking, cheese-slathering, and sugar-saturating with taste, and now we're hopelessly addicted. Save yourself, and try to protect future generations from the addictive, salty, and sugary slow death that we chose.

Agreed. It's disgusting how they cannot make food without adding an insane amount of fat/sugar/cheese.

A little goes a long way.

The problem is amount, not ingredients or cooking methods.

Who do you think their target demographic is? Because it 100% is not people who know you can make bread at home, it's 25 year old manchildren who just moved out of their parents house and realized they could put cheese and bacon on everything they want now

Monkey Bread is fine as is. You do fucking not need to add chocolate or banana slices to it.

all of these videos are basically "what type of food can I make... but with more calories?"

They legit have like 30 cheesecake recipes.

Every other recipe has cream cheese in it. Savory or sweet, gotta put an entire fucking package of cream cheese in it

the problem with their recipes isn't that they're unhealthy, it's that they're fucking awful

So I kinda enjoy watching some of their recipes, because I enjoy the format
Fast, to the point, and no blabbing about unnecessary stuff
BUT, I've tried like 5 or 6 of the recipes, and they've turned out god awful
Like, I've followed their instructions as close as possible, and yet it turns out really bad
Not to mention, a lot of their stuff requires SO MUCH CHEESE, and where I live, that shit is expensive
So something that would be cheap gets like $5 more expensive because you have to use like two cups of cheese
Now I watch them when I'm bored, and sometimes if something looks decent, I'll just try to recreate it, that usually turns out 100 times better
