Personally i beleive that style of egg is disgusting. I like runny yolk on fried eggs, but it has oil and normally toast.

Hoowever, if you can duplicate that form white and runny yolk, europoors will call you chef.

Personally i just bring them to a boil, turn it off, wait 10 minutes, cool them in the sink and fuck it good enough. Eggs for a week.
