I got one today and I took it home.

I asked them for extra onions on the side in a cup. When I got home I spread the patties apart. I put kale on the bottom bun. Then I added the first patty on top, then kale on top of it. I laid the 2nd patty on top of the kale and then finally kale on top of that with the onions and put the bun on top.

I don't use the middle piece of breed

Also, Protip: You can order a Mcdouble substitute the ketchup and mustard for Mac sauce and shredded lettuce. It costs a hell of a lot less and it is the same exact thing without the middle bun.
