So i want to make Chicken Wing dip (Buffalo wing dip) idk the official name

What is the best recipei see some people use ranch,others use bleu cheese? should i use both?

Also how can i increase the spice because franks red hot isnt really spicy by itself

Ive had it with just cheese, chicken, cream cheese, and franks. It is very good like that. Id make the original with those and just add on what you like.

Blue cheese is the traditional choice. If you like something else better, then do that. Use a different hot sauce than Franks. It won't be authentic, but pick something with a flavor that's not too far fetched. Or just add cayenne like >>8832097 suggested.
