Are fish eggs good for any nutritional value?
What can you do with them besides sushi?
Recently found out a local asian market has a few varieties pretty cheap

They're a frequent ingredient in noodle dishes like ramen and udon. I've also seen them used as toppings for hard boiled eggs or eaten on crackers like a caviar substitute. They're pretty nutritious with lots of omega-3s, b12, and vitamin D.

There's a reason why bears eat the roe first.

There are equally nutritious substitutes if you don't like the flavor and texture. If for some reason you do, they are nutritious.

I would think they have tremendous nutrition. Think of all the critters that depend on them.

If they're cheap, snap them up. Like another anon said, add them to soup. Big time protein concentrate. Great for bulking.

I would eat that shit. Where can I buy them?

Generally, a decently stocked supermarket will have them near the canned tuna/snails/anchovies etc. They'll have the cheaper roes like salmon, herring, sea urchin in little jars on the shelf, and the more expensive roe like sturgeon is generally behind the counter at the fish section.

It's very delicious, although high in sodium.

I use them in salads or straight up spread on dark buttered bread

There's a reason that the market has them cheap. Those chinks just ground up some chicken and put food coloring on it
