It's surprising how much water weight I lost these past 2 weeks on a moderate-sodium, high-potassium diet (lots of potatoes, at least 3 a day). It really is worth changing if you're eating too much sodium. Even poorfags eating ramen (salty as fuck) can afford to start eating some baked taters for a meal every day. I also flavor the potatoes with herbs and spices instead of fatty crap like butter and sour cream.

For the last few weeks I've essentially cut added salt out of my diet. I started eating only home-cooked food without added salt. Haven't really noticed any effect on energy levels but I think I've been sweating less.
