Yes, especially since you made such a shitty thread that has nothing to do with food or cooking.

it's probably about working in a restaurant or some food related place
worst shifts ever, i am lucky for working only 6am-8pm everyday

>working brunch sat/sun
>lunch monday
>decided to double sunday/monday and work dinner service as well for that extra money
>8am-11AM

What am I doing to myself?
I'd most likely only be working till 9PM as the restaurant tends to die out around those times ao they'd send me home but the weather is going to be nice I think

Why do they just assume that working these kinds of hours won't make the person want to fucking kill themselves?

Doctors during residency work up to 26 hours straight

but they probably shouldn't

is there something wrong with the system or is this just the way things should be?

My friends try to bluepill me occasionally and I never really know how to react. On one hand a lot of it sounds like impractical bullshit but on the other I feel like you shouldn't have to work this much to survive given how much technology and surplus there is in the world.

Why put so much stress on a person?

I work 38-42 hours a week for pretty bad pay but it's enough. My managers work like 60-70 hours a week and if you divide it by their salary it actually comes out worse than what I make per hour.
Shit thing is I will probably be one in a year or two. Good thing I have no life.

An overwhelming majority of the mishaps that happen with patients occur during shift change. Long shifts act as a limiting factor. They also weed out the weaklings.

>> No.8786129

>>8786125
Well you can weed out patients by simply not helping them so.
