The ketchup pump at McDonalds sprayed ketchup on my $500 shirt. And to make matters worse, the manager threatened to call the police on me when I asked for compensation.

What's the best way to get justice? I was thinking of an open letter to the president of McDonalds and sending a copy to the Cincinnati Enquirer for publication. The last thing they want is bad PR.

This.

you expect compensation because you can't use a ketchup dispenser without covering yourself? Just pay a dry cleaner idiot.

So are you a retard, or is this bait?

t. internet lawyer here.

assuming this is not bait, you are fucked anon.

you could try bringing a products liability suit, and claim the packet was defective, but you'd lose. You'd lose in a hilarious way too, as the opposing side would claim you are too dumb to use the product correctly, and their high powered, well-paid lawyers would make you look like a moron, incapable of using a simple condiments packet. You'd lose at the summary conference.

Dry cleaning is cheaper than a lawyer anyway.
