I made my best meat simply with an oven.

It was with some lemon juice, pepper, salt, all mixed, something like 4 minutes in 200c from room temperature. The leftovers, two hours later swimming in flesh juices were amazing.

Why would you see "cave aged cheddar" and think "pasteurized process cheese food"? The words "cave aged cheddar" are right there and have a meaning: it is Cheddar that has been aged in a cave, with a constant temperature & humidity.
