Try to eat healthy and better. You can eat for cheap if you shop at china town markets for vegetables and buy reduced price chicken/ground beef that is close to the best before date. Some salt, pepper, soysauce, hot sauce, rice..you have a cheap meal that is delicious.

But as a rule of thumb my advice to you is that if you are going to buy canned pasta/sauces/etc keep it vegetarian unless it's something like tuna. Canned sausage, canned spaghetti and meat balls, canned chicken, etc is usually shit.
