Have you ever tried it/made it? What do you like on it?

It's awesome, though I've never made it personally because it's hard to find fresh cheese curds

Had it a couple of times. It's really rich and satisfying, particularly if the cheese curds are fresh. Imagine a really good gravy you have with a meatloaf or roast beef, then drench some good crisp fries and globs of melty chewy cheese. Really freaking good, but goddam it loads you up for the rest of the day.

Damn didn't know it came in a white gravy varient. The two times I had it was a dark beef or dark chicken gravy. Aren't white gravies usually sausage gravy? Wouldn't that overpower everything else?

Both times were very crispy fries that were cut a little thicker than normal. Not full on steak cut size, but definitely bigger than you'd get at a mcdonalds. Having them crispy is really important because the gravy starts soaking into them really quick and having the crispy crunch against the chewy cheese is really really awesome.

Yeah, wouldn't recommend thin fries because they'll probably disintegrate. It's not a bad use to eat with a fork either if you don't like getting your hands dirty. I personally like to add bacon, and some places I've been to add pulled pork or butter chicken. Green onion isn't bad either

I like it with slices of bacon and slices of sausages.
