How does /ck/ feel about culantro?

Please note, this thread is only for cultured people who know what culantro is

Ignorant people who have no knowledge of this ingredient yet still wish to screech autistically are welcome to participate in one of the many fast food threads

Your thread sucks a million dicks, I hate fast food threads but it's better than this contingent "x food is better and let me pretend I'm better than everyone" crowd

Fuck you.

I thought it was called sawtooth herb in English. I know it as vuansway.

I use it in only a few ways:

· garnish on fried rice and thin soups
· there's this dish of seasoned, pasted fish that you dip vegetables into and you take a bite of vuansway between different type of veg, kinda like a palate cleanser
· in salad rolls (get tapioca wrappers or rice wrappers or rice-and-tapioca wrappers, soak them, lay them flat, top with sliced sausage, various veg and a single vuansway leaf, roll it up like a burrito, dip into sauce and eat).

I don't know any other way to use it.

Sorry, it's vuansway veng. Regular vuansway is just plain ol' coriander/cilantro leaves.
And I thought of another use: barbecued or grilled fish. When fish just comes out from under the grill or off the barbecue, you put a fresh sprinkling of the stuff on top before serving it.
