I love a good meatloaf, and I love a good ketchup on my meatloaf....

This stuff is the champagne of ketchups, and I buy it online since we don't get it where I live, this will take your meatloaf to the next level

When I make meatloaf I usually do it Asian style since my wife is Chinese. I put Korean spare rib sauce, soy sauce, and garlic chil paste on it, and put the spare rib sauce, soy sauce, and honey on top when it's almost done. I also use a pack of crushed stove top stuffing instead of breadcrumbs. I buy that shit every time it's on sale just to use in meatballs and meatloaf.

I don't just dunk meatloaf into ketchup, but it can make the base of a really nice glaze. Try going that route sometime. I like the sweet crusty thing that a glaze can give a meatloaf sometimes. Don't just focus on ketchup though. Loaf is fairly versatile. Look up some good recipes and try them out.
