Peppers of your choosing. Ferment them with carrots for two weeks.

During the blending process I typically add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, lime zest and a little cayenne pepper. Additional liquid to help blend it all down is 2/3 cup water, 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar.

Middle two are just some dill carrots and pickles.
