I like when there's a dab of a different sauce to break up the sauce circle. It makes it fun to take your protein and mop it along the circle to hit that extra little flavour point.

T. 'Goan here, joined the military around four years ago. Finally went back to visit family over the holidays last year and put on ten pounds in as many days eating an italian beef and Vienna dog every lunch and my favorite pizza Gregorios for dinner every day. Best food of my fucking life. Bought a shit ton of sport peppers and giardiniera and smuggled them back to down south to have a little taste of home.
