It's tricky. Octopus is a difficult thing to prepare correctly. Cook it too long and it goes chewy, cook it longer and it goes to mush.

I guess to do it well you'd need to do the turkery first and then, when you put the turkey in to brown up, stick the tentacles in to cook up. The timing would be a bit of a bitch and the result probably not worth it.
