mixed nuts >trail mix

Trail mix has too much sugar, so it's bad for the teeth. I can eat nuts on the go without having to brush afterwards.

don't put any chocolate/sweets or very salty things in it. Those only make you dry when you're outdoors, making them unbeneficial for a survival situation. What you should put in it:
>peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews
>dried cranberries, blueberries, apricots, but no plums because those make you shit yourself
>brazil nuts, pecan nuts because calories
>maybe add sunflower seeds
nut mix is top shit because it's a fuckton of calories in a small place. Nuts and dried fruit have a very long shelf life, which can be extended further if you put them in vacuum packaging.
