Elmos seems expensive but ive never really been to a higher scale place. Would be cool to check it out

Shappiro's is a delicatessen from the city and it is excellent. They have 3 or 4 locations but the main one is near the football stadium.
In terms of dining in general with Indianapolis there are a lot of chains and only a few local places worth checking out.
Great city to live in not so great to visit.
