Butcher shop near me makes lamb pepperoni. Best I've ever had.

Its not exactly pepperoni, but if you have any polish shops or delis nearby they do these really really skinny, thinner than a pencil, cured smokey sausages called kabanos., They taste like pepperoni, not as spicy although you can get ones spiced with lots of paprika. Tastes really strongly of that sort of chorizo sort of cured meat taste, and pack a whack of flavour for their small size. I like to cut em up small and stick them on a jacket potato with cheese, under the cheese so the spiced fat melts.

Unless you make it yourself, you'll have to find a good independent butcher that makes their own. No mass produced meatstick will ever be "good."

As another anon mentioned, the polish kobonasy is probably the best meat stick in the world. I make them myself and they're superb. They could be spiced like pepperoni (which I also make), but I don't think it would be better.

They kind of are, but drier, thinner and longer.
Cabanossi as picrelated. I'm confused over how there are multiple products by the same name AND multiple names for other produces
