Yeah, I love chicken fried steak and eggs for a big breakfast. However, that chicken fried steak is pretty puny, I don't care for that. Needs to be bigger, thinner, and have a little more gravy on it. Otherwise, I'm good with it.

You NEVER butterfly the steak, idiot. You use a meat pounder to thin it out (or in the case of one of the most famous old school places for chicken fried steak, a glass coke bottle). Chicken fried steak has always traditionally been make with cheaper, tougher cuts of steak (and still is at diners, cafes, and many restaurants) You have to tenderize that shit. Only recently (in the past several years) have some places started getting uppity with their chicken fried steak and using more expensive and tender cuts. Also, dumbass, by flattening it, you are making it THINNER. Did you remember to take your meds today, because you're not making much sense.
